DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY 

For camping sites a deposit of $30 (off-peak) or $50 (peak/shoulder) is required at the time of booking. 
For motel and cabin bookings a deposit of 1 night stay is required. Deposits can be taken via credit/debit card over the phone, or we 
can supply you with our direct deposit details for online banking. In this case, please use your booking name as reference. 

Full payment for your stay is due 4 weeks prior to check-in.

OFF-PEAK POLICY

Deposits during Off-Peak periods are refundable if bookings are cancelled 4 weeks or more before arrival (minus a $20 admin fee). If cancellations are made within the 4 week period and we successfully re-book the site or accommodation we will refund your payment minus the deposit. 

Off-Peak Deposits and Payments may be transferred to another booking provided cancellation is at least 1 week before arrival.
