Deposits & Refund Policy

Depending on season, we require a deposit of $30 for off-peak and $50 for peak camping at the time of booking. 
For motel and cabin bookings we require a deposit of 1 night stay.
This deposit can be taken via credit/debit card over the phone, or you we can supply you with our direct deposit details for online banking. 
In this case, please use your booking name as reference.
 

The remainder of your stay needs to be paid for upon arrival, or prior to stay if you wish.

 
Deposits are refundable if bookings are cancelled 4 weeks or more before arrival (minus a $10 admin fee). If cancellations are made within the 4 week period & we successfully rebook the site or accommodation we will again refund your deposit minus the admin fee.
 
Deposits may be transferred to another booking provided cancellation is at least 1 week before arrival.
