This
painting is by the Aboriginal Artist Magpie, and it hangs in the Living
Room at the Eco Cabin. It is quite striking in it's vivid colour and
depth of field.
Magpie has a traditional understanding of the significance of Wooyung
to the Aboriginal way of life, and his words have been included below
the painting.

This footbridge crosses a small creek in the park from the powered site section to the non-powered camping area.
It's all very picturesque, and this area is popular for it's "back to nature" aspect.
Especially mid-week is usually very quiet at Wooyung Beach.

*Firewood: We sometimes have home-grown,
split and dried firewood for sale, harvested from happy, free-range
trees in our park. The supply is seasonal and cannot be guaranteed. Note: we currently have no firewood until Xmas 2008
**Bore water: Our bore water still contains a small amount of sulphur The
scent is that of thermal baths, which is good for your skin, hair
and against a long list of bodily problems like arthritis etc.
