Booking and Cancellation Policy

Park Rules

  • Check in at reception on arrival
  • Check-in 11am Camping - (2pm for rooms)
  • Check-out 11am Camping - (10am for rooms)
  • One (1) car & one (1) set-up limit per site
  • Extra vehicles will require another site or call to discuss
  • All dogs to be on a leash at all times - clean up after your dog.
  • Dogs are not to be left unattended - minimal barking please.
  • NO dangerous, unsociable dogs or dogs that could harm someone or their dog.
  • DOG only park – NO Cats, Birds or other pets.

Cancellation Policy

Off-Peak Policy

Up to 4 weeks prior: Payments during off-peak periods are refundable if bookings are cancelled -  up to 4 weeks or more before arrival, see below.

  • Refund Request is subject to a $40 admin fee.
  • Credit or Transfer dates of full amount paid (no fees).

1 - 4 weeks prior: Payments during off-peak periods are partly refundable if bookings are cancelled  -  1- 4 weeks before arrival, see below.

  • Refund Request is minus 1 nights stay and is also subject to a $40 admin fee.
  • Credit or Transfer dates of full amount paid (no fees).

1 week of arrival: Payments during off-peak periods are non-refundable.

  • NO Refunds / Credits / Transfers available within 1 week of arrival.

Shoulder Policy

(Non-Refundable Deposit amount being $75/per site camping or 1nights stay for Rooms/Cabin)

Up to 4 weeks prior: Payments during Shoulder periods are partly refundable if bookings are cancelled - up to 4 weeks or more before arrival, see below.

  • Refund Request is minus the non-refundable deposit and also subject to a $40 admin fee.
  • Credit/Transfer dates of full amount paid (no fees).

PEAK - Easter, Christmas Holidays and all QLD & NSW Long weekends,  special weekends & other events. SHOULDER - All other school holidays (normally around April, June, July, September & October).   
OFF PEAK - All other times. 

 

  • No Refunds or Credits for early departures, no show, inclement weather, change of mind or sickness.
  • All Refunds are subject to a $40 admin fee.
  • LOCK fees are non-refundable
