Booking and Cancellation Policy

Park Rules

  • Check in at reception on arrival
  • Check-in 11am - (2pm for rooms)
  • Check-out 11am - (10am for rooms)
  • One (1) car & one (1) set-up limit per site
  • Extra vehicles will require another site or call to discuss
  • All dogs to be on a leash at all times - clean up after your dog.
  • Dogs are not to be left unattended - minimal barking please.
  • NO dangerous, unsociable dogs or dogs that could harm someone or their dog.
  • DOG only park – NO Cats, Birds or other pets.

Cancellation Policy

Off-Peak Policy

More than 4 weeks prior: Payments during off-peak periods are refundable if bookings are cancelled 4 weeks or more before arrival (minus a $20 admin fee) OR a full credit can be given for a future stay.

1-4 weeks prior: If cancellations are made between 1 and 4 weeks before arrival we will refund your payment minus 1 night’s fees OR you can put your full payment into credit for a future stay. 

NO refunds or credits available within 1 week of arrival.

Shoulder and Peak Policy

Deposits for Shoulder & Peak periods are non-refundable.

All Payments for Shoulder periods are non-refundable 1 week before check-in
Shoulder bookings can be transferred to another date up to 1 week before arrival with an admin fee of $50

All Payments for Peak periods are non-refundable 4 weeks before check-in
Peak bookings can be transferred to another date up to 4 weeks before arrival with an admin fee of $50

 

PEAK - Easter, Christmas Holidays and all QLD & NSW Long weekends, Splendour & other events.
SHOULDER - All other school holidays (normally around April,June & September).
OFF PEAK - All other times.
